One address reaches the desk for everything. Say in the subject line what the message is about and we will route it.

Corrections

If a price, promotion, formula or policy on one of our pages is out of date, tell us which page and which line, and if you can, link to the provider's current page. We check it, correct the article and note the change on the page.

Privacy requests

To access, correct or delete information we hold about you, or to opt out of advertising measurement, email the address above with "Privacy" in the subject and say which page or advertisement your request concerns. Our privacy policy describes what we hold, which is very little.

Providers and affiliate networks

If you operate a service we compare and believe a fact is wrong, write to us with the published page that supports the correction. Providers cannot pay to be included in a comparison or to change a score, so please do not ask.

What we cannot help with

We are an editorial desk, not a provider. We cannot answer questions about your order, your prescription, your health or your account with any service. Contact that provider's support directly. If you have a medical question, talk to your own doctor, and if it is urgent, call your local emergency number.

Media and partnerships

Press and partnership enquiries go to the same address. We reply within a few business days.
